Martin Nkau is the Director of Radiology Research Programs in BWH Radiology Research. He has held numerous positions involving Research Administration, Innovation, Healthcare Management and Operational Delivery of Clinical and Research programs for over 10 years. At BWH, Martin previously worked as an Administrator within the Department of Radiology, working closely with HMS Research Faculty. As a Research Scientist/Administrator with the National Institute of Health Research (NIHR) Manchester Clinical Research Facility in the UK, Martin oversaw the operational delivery of a laboratory pre-analytics service for a portfolio of over 50 clinical trials. He was also a member of the Application Review Committee (ARC), reviewing research applications for regulatory compliance, and approving associated budgets. Martin holds a Bachelor of Science (Hon) in Biomedical Sciences from Newcastle University and a Masters of Business Administration degree from University of Bradford. He also holds a Certificate in Professional Consulting from the Chartered Management Institute, in the UK.
