Place: Marshall A. Wolf Conference Center (3rd floor, Hale BTM) and Satter Atrium (1st floor, Hale BTM)
Eligibility: All Brigham faculty and staff are eligible to submit an abstract. Participation and eligibility will be first-come, first-served basis. Presenting author must be a BWH employee, presenting Brigham research, innovation, or discovery projects.
Submission Dates: August 1, 2024 – September 9, 2024 at 11:59 PM

Poster Submission Details
Relevant instructions will be communicated closer to the event.
- Participation and eligibility will be limited; abstracts will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
- An author may only submit and present one poster but may be a co-author on multiple posters. Communication with presenters will be primarily via email, please verify that the correct email address is given for the presenting author.
- Posters that have been previously presented at national meetings or other internal events are permitted.
- Abstracts will be reviewed in advance of the meeting and the top abstract(s) could be selected as a featured talk speaker or receive a poster award.
- Your abstract will be sent to MGB Innovation to be reviewed for any intellectual property (IP) issues. They will contact you directly with any questions.
Please Note: While this poster session is internally focused, it takes place in a public space, and we will post both abstracts and poster images on our publicly accessible website, poster.bwh.harvard.edu.
