In December of 2023, the PLC’s Advocacy Committee published the second annual Postdoc Survey, collecting a total of 295 responses from BWH Postdocs regarding their professional experience across several key issues: Career Progress and Mentorship Opportunities, Onboarding, Visa, and Immigration Concerns, Financial Compensation and Benefits, and Work Environment and Culture.
